Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing our piano studio for your music education needs. We are excited to offer a subscription-based model for our lessons, which is designed to provide you with consistent and regular access to high-quality piano instruction.

Payment Policy:

• The subscription fee is due at the beginning of each month, and the subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to cancel it.
• The subscription fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the month, you will not be refunded for any unused lessons.
• If you miss a lesson for any reason, you will not be refunded or credited for that lesson but you can schedule a make-up lesson.
• If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will reschedule it at a mutually agreed-upon time or provide a credit for the missed lesson.
• Payment can be made through our online portal or in person via cash, check, or credit card.

Please note that our subscription-based model is designed to provide you with the most value and consistency in your piano education. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a change in your subscription, and we are happy to work with you to find a solution.
